- On‑Site Visit. We take measurements, photos, and check access and utilities. This is where we discuss options—pavers vs. natural stone, plant selections for coastal exposure, drainage strategies, lighting, and more.
- Design & Estimate. You’ll receive a concept plan and an itemized quote so you can see exactly what you’re investing in (materials, labour, equipment, disposal). Most designs are turned around in 3–7 business days depending on scope and the season.
- Booking Your Project. When you’re happy with the plan, a booking deposit reserves materials and the next available start window. We provide a pre‑start checklist so you know what to expect on day one.
- Build, Daily Updates & Walk‑Through. We protect driveways and lawns with mats, keep the site tidy, and send photo updates. You’ll sign off at milestones, then complete a final walk‑through when we’re done.
- Aftercare & Warranty. We provide a care guide for your plants and hardscapes, plus written warranty terms tailored to Halifax’s freeze–thaw climate.
